At A & R Auto Collision Center, Inc., our goal is to be the industry leader in providing quality collision repair services. With that in mind, we hereby offer the following Lifetime Limited Warranty:
OUR REPAIR WARRANTY
We certify the repairs to be free of defects in workmanship, and they are warranted for as long as the current vehicle owner/lessee herein referenced owns or leases the repaired vehicle. The A & R Auto Collision Center, Inc. Lifetime Limited Warranty applies to all repairs performed by this facility. If a defect in workmanship is noted or observed, we will remedy such defect in workmanship by re-repairing, re-painting, or re-finishing the specific defective components, parts, sections, or repair operations at no charge to you.
METAL WORK WARRANTY
A & R Auto Collision Center, Inc. provides a Lifetime Written Warranty against defective workmanship to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration. A & R Auto Collision Center, Inc. will, at its sole option, re-repair and re-paint any metal work warranted hereby.
PAINTING, STRIPES, DECALS
A & R Auto Collision Center, Inc. provides a Three (3) Year Written Warranty on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing and excessive loss of pigmentation; and a One (1) Year Written Warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. A & R Auto Collision Center, Inc. will, at its sole option, re-prime, re-stripe and re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby. Please note, there is limited warranty on all plastic bumpers.
PARTS WARRANTY
A & R Auto Collision Center, Inc. guarantees that parts or materials used are of top quality. The parts and materials we use to repair your vehicle will be covered to the extent of any warranty of guarantee provided by the respective parts suppliers and/or manufacturers.
Exclusions and Disclaimers:
This Lifetime Limited Warranty applies only to the work we have performed at this facility and to the terms specified herein. The following are specifically excluded from coverage under the A & R Auto Collision Center, Inc. Lifetime Limited Warranty:
- Pre-existing vehicle conditions and pre-accident damage;
- Conditions arising out of abuse or misuse of the vehicle;
- Results of negligence in the operation, maintenance, or care of the vehicle;
- Conditions resulting from subsequent accidents, damage, or repairs;
- Metal corrosion not related to defective workmanship;
- Scratches, dings, and stone chips that may occur from regular driving;
- Deterioration (normal wear and tear) associated with vehicle age and mileage.
